daily life in the city of Leuven : if you go to Lidl shop you have 2 possibilities: 1.you leave with cart and they close the cash before your nose 2. you leave without cart and they treat you as a criminal/dog because you left the cart in the shop. I was happy I passed the cash and could leave the very crowded shop (concurrent colruyt closed 1,2,3/1/21) but the cashwoman called me back and ordered me to go back in the shop and search for my empty cart, then wait before a gate until she would come to open it with her key. Standing before the cash gate the adrenaline rushed through my blood and shaking on my feet I could finally leave the shop. After 2 days I am still not over it.
It remind me of an earlier event: I was a free patient and wanted after the therapies to go with a visitor to the city to eat a kebab. I was refused and became angry which ended in being bound on a bed, being unable to walk because I fell on my face by every step because of too much anti-dopamine and a forced stay of 2 years in the place I just wanted to leave to eat a kebab (eating kebab still feels like an action of a freedom fighter)

 

My websites are hosted by a hosting provider. On 30 december I wanted to make a countdown page but got no access to my dashboard. This is the answer I got from my hosting provider: "Thanks for the information, I made checks, the SMS are sent on the network of your operator but are rejected on their side (error code: PTT 25 Used when the message has failed due to a temporary condition in the operator network. When I worked in a shop, I had to make noise with the vacuum cleaner or say there are no coins to give back and no bags and when I thought I signed my contract for the next day I got a message that I was too late to sign. Client unfriendly is normal. Clients are also not always friendly: when I worked in the shop, a woman said angrily while I was wrapping her goods that she could better do it herself. Facebook can consider wrong what I do not consider wrong. I can not predict their decision. It is a fact that they have the power to delete a message or an account. I got a warning from them and read their standards. Personally, I believe that barking is better than biting. I believe human beings can get very angry (some more than others) and that it is wrong to ventilate anger but that it is not wrong to inform about (potential) feelings of anger concerning certain issues. I believe that harming people should be punished (by the government). I hate violence but I love righteousness. I regret that I don't trust the government. I agree with facebook that mistakes happen. I believe to be an honest person that knows vengeance can be left to God. I deleted 300 facebook friends because I didn't want to be accused of bothering them with how I feel. Vrij toestemmen in een tussenkomst, met voorafgaande informatie zou behoren tot de rechten van de patient. De beroepsbeoefenaar moet de patiënt voldoende geïnformeerd hebben over de kenmerken van de tussenkomst, met name: doel van de tussenkomst, graad van urgentie, duur, nevenwerkingen en risico's, nazorg, enz., kostprijs, mogelijke alternatieven. Wanneer het onmogelijk is om de toestemming van de patiënt of die van zijn vertegenwoordiger te achterhalen stelt de beroepsbeoefenaar alle noodzakelijke behandelingen in en vermeldt hij dit in het patiëntendossier. De patient geeft toestemming mondeling of de beroepsbeoefenaar leidt uit het gedrag van de patiënt zijn akkoord met de tussenkomst af.
Ik heb menigmaal heel duidelijk mijn toestemming geweigerd voor behandeling zowel mondeling als via mijn gedrag. Hun diagnose van maniac is even lelijk als de manier waarop ze mij tegen mijn wil behandelden. Ze veroorzaken lijden en verlichten geensinds het lijden. Moge God mij wreken. Moge de dag komen dat ze zelf als zot behandeld worden. Samenwerking is daar hun toedoen inderdaad volstrekt onmogelijk geworden. Dat de meeste patienten buigen voor jullie overmacht betekent echt niet dat ze jullie waarderen. Jullie hebben waangedachten over jullie capaciteiten en geen enkel inzicht in de gevolgen van jullie daden. Wat voor de een een trauma is hoeft dat voor de ander niet te zijn, zegt de kwakzalver. Kwakzalvers en hun handlangers zijn voor mij super traumatiserend en de oorzaak van veel veel lijden en de oplossing van geen enkel lijden. Wanneer gaat er iemand erkennen dat jullie dwang behandelingen onrecht zijn? Wanneer gaat er inzicht komen in wat jullie doen? Wanneer gaat de waarheid erkend worden? Geen toestemming is geen toestemming. Wat jullie onschuldige mensen aandoen is wraakroepend. Wat jullie doen maakt goede contacten en vertrouwen in medemensen onmogelijk. Vrij toestemmen in tussenkomst bestaat in de praktijk niet in België.

From my personal experience I believe that exposure and mindfulness are little helpful in the treatment of panic attacks. Deep breathing, closing the eyes, recognizing that you are having a panic attack can help. Avoidance limits your life but makes it more enjoyable. Physical symptoms of panic attacks come on abruptly, are similar to symptoms of heart attack and often more intense than symptoms of anxiety but fortunately they are very temporarily

Sommige mensen hebben geen duidelijk zelfbeeld en hebben moeite met relaties. Kritiek raakt hen meer dan anderen. Dat ze slecht tegen kritiek kunnen komt omdat kritiek een veel negatievere invloed op hen heeft dan op andere mensen die dat zelden begrijpen en daar weigeren rekening mee te houden omdat 'je maar moet leren om tegen kritiek te kunnen'. Vooral hulpverleners zijn gevaarlijk en genadeloos in hun kritiek en verbazingwekkend in hun onbegrip

Graag de opinie van het brede publiek: gekwetste of kwetsbare mensen worden uren per dag jaren aan een stuk samen opgesloten in een prikkelarme ruimte d.w.z. een ruimte zonder enige gezelligheid of zonder andere objecten dan enkele lege meubelstukken (met het observeren van ratten als een beetje animatie). Dit ervaren sommige als stresserend en deprimerend waardoor ze langer moeten blijven. Goed bezig Belgie?

 

Wanneer mensen sterven terwijl ze zichzelf overleverden aan de zorg van mensensmokkelaars, dan krijgen die mensensmokelaars 20 jaar gevangenis straf vanwege hun slechte zorg en vanwege hun illegale activiteit. Wanneer mensen sterven omdat ze door rechters zijn uitgeleverd aan legale slechte zorg dan krijgen die zorgverleners begrip en troost en wordt hen verzekerd dat ze geen schuld hebben. Jaarlijks sterven elf miljoen kinderen onder de vijf jaar door slechte omstandigheden waar niets aan gedaan wordt.

 

Beste patienten, hulpverleners hebben de taak uw lijden te verlichten. Als u hen niet meedeelt waaronder u lijdt, kunnen ze uw lijden niet verlichten. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid de hulpverlening te informeren over de oorzaak van uw lijden. Ga er niet van uit dat ze je kennen en weten wat je wel en niet als positief ervaart, zeg duidelijk hoe je hun maatregelingen en diagnoses ervaart zoniet is de kans groot dat je verbaasd zal zijn over hun feedback

Kippen zijn heel gevoelige dieren, een beetje stress kan ze al te veel worden, zei hij vriendelijk.

Opgewekt ging ik met Mindy naar de balie van de dierenartspraktijk om af te rekenen en om de antibiotica mee te nemen.Terwijl ik wacht hoor ik een wilde fladder in de bak. Ik kijk en zie dat Mindy neervalt. Ze is dood. Volgens de dierenarts is de stress van de autorit naar de praktijk en de behandeling haar noodlottig geworden. 'Kippen zijn hele gevoelige dieren, een beetje stress kan ze al te veel worden', zo zei hij nog vriendelijk. Ik heb haar mee naar huis genomen en begraven. Ik voel me bedroefd."

 

 

Politie en rechtbank hebben we nodig om rechten te beschermen en criminaliteit te bestrijden maar niet om vreedzame sociale protesten de kop in te drukken of om te interfereren met privé aangelegenheden zoals partner keuze, keuze woonplaats, zitplaats,... De politie en rechtbank mogen alledaags onrecht en geweld, zoals discriminatie, honger of uitbuiting niet negeren. Je kleren/breigaren een nieuwe kleur geven: laat ze voorweken in een mengsel van water en azijn (beitsen). Wring uit. Doe warm water en een paar druppels voedingskleurstof (rood: E122, geel: E102, blauw: E133) in de kom en stop er de uitgewrongen kleren in, fixeer met zout+water, was met gelijke kleuren of spoel veelvuldig. Met de hoofdkleuren kan je alle kleuren maken. Werkt goed bij wol, zijde of nylon, voor katoen werken natuurlijke kleurstoffen van planten of bloemen beter.

Voor mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid (of persoonlijkheidstoornis?) is dat zelfs met de hulp van viermalig top employer van het jaar Randstad, een nachtmerry geworden. Ik denk niet dat er enige ambitie is om mensen zoals mij aan werk te helpen. This is my personal experience: the (withdrawal) effect from antihistamine is the same as from sedative psychotropic drugs. To block a lost sim (used for 2-way verification) you have to know things as 'the date we are today' if not the verification process fails. Reminds me of my youth trauma of losing points for a test e.g. of dutch because of not knowing the date of today which has to be written on every test in the left corner. Very unfair in my opinion but teacher are not supposed to be fair (made me cry when I was a child). Just continue to treat me bad?

Unfortunately some parents+schools don't teach communication skills to children. I learned most skills by writing in my diary and by praying. Some communication tips: say 'I feel' not 'you are' (I statements not you statements), check if you did understood 'Are you saying that', it is valuable to be honest but without shocking, be aware of neurodiversity

Dat je geen job, geen huis, geen auto, geen vakantie,...hebt dat is inderdaad niet zo erg. Ik zou het nooit op mijn geweten willen hebben om een medemens de huwelijksboot of de kans op ouderschap te doen missen.

Psychiatrists see positive effect of their treatments because they can only observe without knowing what the patient feels. Psychological problems is according to psychiatry about symptoms. But feelings are also facts. Personally I can say that I have never felt any positive effect of psychiatric treatments but I did feel many negative effects in long and short term on many different areas. I would be so grateful if somebody would take my complaint seriously. For me psychiatry is a debilitating threat. That they give back the freedom that judges take, is not a reason to think positive about their treatment (yes they do claim that they listen to the judge and that it is not the judge that listens to them). Please humanity, stop seeing psychological problems as brain diseases. Please show to the public the empty rooms where patients have to live for years (and mention how often you cancel the little amount of hours of activity and how small the variety in food for years). Please understand why some people feel very stressed and unhappy in such an environment and why you should not force them (I agree there are also worse environments). I am grateful to have friends who understand this

Why authority is better than power? Power is the capacity to impose while authority is when a quality is being recognized. People can circumvent power and recognise authority. Power is followed because of extrinsic motivation while authority because of intrinsic motivation. Ik heb ooit mijn buurvrouw geduwd waardoor zij verkeerd zou neergekomen zijn en haar vinger kneusde. Naar aanleiding daarvan werd ik in mijn eigen woonst met dwang geïnjecteerd en liep ik bij het vallen een grote blauwe plek op waarvan ik een foto nam die ik toonde in de rechtzaal. Ik heb 2 keer een ontwrichting van de onderkaak gehad. Dit kan wijzen op een onderliggend probleem. Ik was 16 jaar toen ik een esthetische orthodontie vroeg en kreeg. Het is grappig wanneer de pot de ketel verwijt dat hij zwart ziet e.g. iemand roept luid dat je niet luid mag roepen of iemand verbiedt een ander om alcohol te drinken en drinkt s'avonds zelf meer alcohol, of men vindt dat de ander geen waardering voor het werk toont maar toont zelf ook geen waardering. Dit gebeurt maar al te vaak.

It is logic that we can only trust on an independent institution for the approval of pharmaceuticals. Unfortunately approvals are also a matter of values and everybody is entitled to have their own values. Because of the fact that prescription drugs not only can save lives but also are a leading cause of death, we must accept that risk is involved in medical treatments. Fearing or doubting a medical intervention is therefore understandable (especially when someone had bad experiences). Patients have right on all relevant information. Doctors can not deny relevant information given by patients. The use of force is seldom acceptable or accepted. Faithfulness is seldom achieved by force.

Per ziekenhuisopname kan je als patiënt gemiddeld 1 tot 2 fouten met medicatie verwachten. Er sterven jaarlijks meer mensen door medische fouten dan door het verkeer. Uit angst voor sancties worden fouten niet gemeld en telkens opnieuw herhaald. Als je als burger een fout maakt, moet je zwaar boeten. Als patient worden je rechten absoluut niet erkend. Rechters, advocaten, verplegers, overheid weten dit maar al te goed maar zijn schijnheilig en weigeren er iets aan te doen, wel integendeel ze zijn de hoofdoorzaak van gedwongen medisch foute behandelingen. Gelukkig verdedigt God het recht van de zwakken tot ze sterk genoeg zijn. Ik wens patienten veel veel sterkte toe en laat je niet kisten

Hoe meer negatieve ervaringen met mensen, hoe minder vertrouwen in mensen en hoe minder positief ons mensbeeld is. Een grotere kwetsbaarheid en lagere draagkracht vergroot de kans op negatieve ervaringen. Dezelfde gebeurtenis wordt niet door iedereen op dezelfde positieve/negatieve manier ervaren omdat mensen niet allemaal hetzelfde zijn. Het is moeilijk om rekening te houden met individuele verschillen vooral als die niet zichtbaar zijn, niet duidelijk meetbaar zijn of onstabiel zijn (er zijn dagen dat ...). Wie anders is, is niet minderwaardig en wil ook graag positieve ervaringen met medemensen

In het UZ Leuven gaven ze mij als studente psychologie tegen mijn wil en met fysieke dwang een injectie. Toen ik wakker werd, was mijn lijden buitengewoon groot terwijl ik voor de injectie niet leed. Ondanks mijn klacht hebben ze die behandeling herhaald en weet ik dat ze die behandeling zullen herhalen als ze de kans krijgen. KAN IEMAND MIJ HELPEN OM DIE HORROR TE STOPPEN ?

 

Waarom geven wetenschappers vaak tegenstrijdige informatie? Waarom verafgoden sommige mensen hun dokters of denken sommige dokters dat ze goden zijn die ongestraft alles mogen? Geeft het werken met scalpels en gevaarlijke chemicals misschien een vals gevoel van macht? Wie heeft de moed om hen te waarschuwen? God vreest ons niet maar wij moeten godvrezend zijn

 

Vandaag reden we met de trein voorbij een treinongeval in Kortenberg en zagen het slachtoffer bedekt met een laken met bloedvlekken. Doordoor denk ik terug aan kennisen die hun leven beëindigden op de spoorweg in Kortenberg. Persoonlijk geloof ik dat het belangrijk is naar oplossingen te zoeken als een situatie ondraaglijk is, lijden betekent volgens mij dat er iets moet veranderen maar niet dat er geen hoop meer is. Ik ben persoonlijk erg dankbaar voor de vriendschap die ik in moeilijke tijden mocht ontvangen van mensen die zich vaak hopeloos voelden en ik hoop dat ze net als ik geluk mogen vinden wanneer ze het niet meer verwachtten.

Uit onderzoek blijkt dat kinderen bang zijn voor/zich bedreigd voelen bij? de pedagogische tik en dat kleine/grote? kinderen die soms/vaak? een lichte/zware pedagogische tik? krijgen angst bij anderen beter kunnen herkennen. Als behandeling tegen huilen is dit 100% mis-handelen aangezien vastbinden juist doet schreeuwen of flauw vallen. Zij die op woedende toon geen commentaar duldden op wat ze hun werk noemden, zwelgen ten onrechte in zelfvertrouwen. Many specific phobias are due to childhood experience or trauma. For me it was a very negative experience around the age of 7 years old when a toy pearl had to be removed from my nose. I had to lay down on the big table while my family was asked by the house doctor to hold me so that I would not been able to move. I now suffer from merinthophobia. I also suffer from other phobias like claustrophobia, although not when a place is closed but when a place is locked e.g. a car that is locked. Authoritative people can easily cause me to have a panic attack. As a child I was really scared to fail an exercise on the schoolboard although it didn't happen. After university I had nightmares about failing exams. I also had often nightmares about not being able to move and about dirty toilets. I think it is normal to have nightmares and phobies but what is interesting and challenging is how we get them and that we not all have the same ones.

Making preventable errors is the 3rd leading cause of death in US. Should doctors disclose their colleagues' mistakes? Fact is that killing is very easy when other doctors won't even report your mistakes, it is almost giving a license to kill. It is amazing how easy we trust doctors, e.g. specialists that we see just 1 hour. I believe it is naive to believe that doctors are all having an ethical conscience and that more effort should be done to penalize preventable errors

Ik ben het oneens met de definiëring van radicalisme, extremisme. Radicaal gedachtengoed kan radicaal anti-geweldadig zijn en democratie is vaak kwetsend naar minderheden toe. Radicaal en extreem hebben voor sommige mensen om goede redenen een positieve betekenis. Dat 'extreem' op de middelen zou slaan en niet op de opvattingen, is niet duidelijk. Ideologie is per definitie subjectief. Gedachtengoed mag volgens vrije meningsuiting gedeeld worden maar zonder dwang. Psychiaters die dwang gebruiken zijn zeer gevaarlijke ideologen (nee, geen wetenschappers of genezers). Idealisten streven naar perfectie

Schade door schuld: iemand is schuldig wanneer hij risico over het hoofd ziet of verkeerd inschat. Iemand is niet schuldig wanneer hij het risico niet kent of het probeerde af te wenden. Het is heel belangrijk dat risico bekend wordt (e.g. bijna elke jaar zouden gevaarlijke virussen lekken uit labo's, iemand een duwtje geven is zeer gevaarlijk,...). Schade zonder schuld komt niet voor de correctionele rechtbank maar voor het vredegerecht en kan betaald worden door een familiale verzekering. Schade MOET gecompenseerd worden zonder enige partijdigheid. Schade is soms moeilijk te meten

Ik denk nog vaak terug aan de tijd dat ik mij ging inschrijven bij elk interim kantoor. Zoals ze mij bekeken, dat deed echt pijn. En dan die agent die tegen mijn man zei en op papier schreef, je weet toch dat je vrouw niet kan werken alsof ik twee linker handen heb zoals hij. Overal kreeg ik een slechte evaluatie of afwijzing of ik kwam in aanmerking voor werk dat ik absoluut niet graag wou doen of kan doen. Nu geef ik zelf vaak negatieve evaluaties.

 

Mensen vragen zich soms af of ze een wilsbeschikking zouden schrijven voor het geval ze dement worden. Ik denk dat dat een heel goed idee als je graag blijft leven met dementie.

e.g. doctors and nurses get overworked and want more support : is this new ? What is the chance of dying at home vs in elder home if you would control all other variables (age, dependency,..), how can a big bang be creative, +100 neurotransmitters work together in the brain, what do we know ?

Ik ben het niet eens met deze slogan op de vacinatie brief. De druk die wordt uitgeoefend is groot. De geruststelling dat het vacin veilig en uitgebreid getest is, werkt niet omdat ik dat ook te horen kreeg bij medicatie die geen enkel positief effect had en enorm veel pijn veroorzaakte.

Gekwetste harten op een bed vastbinden is een gruwel maar in de ogen van 'normale' mensen is er 'geen alternatief'. Wat een ongeloofelijke niksnut en sukkelaar ben je als je niks beter hebt te bieden dan ketens voor een gebroken hart. Veel en veel minder dan respect voor dat soort. Van mensen in nood helpen, is absoluut geen sprake, wel integendeel.

The problem with psychiatrists is that they seem to believe themselves. They have a lot of jargon for little knowledge. Their conclusions don't follow out of the data and more-of-what-not-works is the favorite strategy. They enjoy their power and don't realize the influence of their power on the behavior and feelings of the patient and they contribute most negative results to the patient and most positive results to the treatment. I don't want to make you afraid but I like to share my experience

 

It is so easy to discredit someone that you shouldn't care about your credits. If I am a wolf or a sheep, that is in Gods hand

 

What you can expect from society ? A bed to sleep and food. No understanding. No reasonable reactions. Explanations that make no sense. Unwanted interference. Provocations.

Onrecht doet mij walgen. Mijn eigen woede en pijn is soms te groot. Moge God mij hiervan verlossen. Moge God mij in rust en vrede leren oordelen over de dingen die mij kwetsen

 

Ik ontleen boeken van tweebronnen. Er valt per ongeluk een fles water om en er is daardoor in de laastste 10 pagina's een lichte golving. Ik moet de aankoopprijs van de 2 boeken betalen: 58 €. De boeken waren recent maar al gebruikt en nog perfect bruikbaar. En ook deze mail kreeg ik van de bib : 'lever je niet alles in binnen de 2 weken na verzending van deze brief, dan beschouwen wij deze materialen als verloren en rekenen we ze aan'. Toen ik 10 jaar oud was, verdween een boek van Guido Gezelle dat ik had uitgeleend van de bib. Omdat dit boek niet meer gedrukt werd, moest ik 4 x meer betalen dan de normale prijs voor een boek. Ik vind het afschuwelijk om in zo'n maatschappij te moeten leven

When I went to the social school in Gent, I first borrowed the books from a student to help me decide if I would follow the study. I didn't manage to give her back the books. I still have them and feel often guilty about it. I promised it would never happen again that I borrowed a book without giving it back nor will I have contact with people that want to trap me with guilt. I thank God for His love

 

Since I am married, the idea of having a male boss or male collegues became difficult for me. I love to do what is right. If they would think I flirt, while being married, it would be horrible to me. If my husband would cast me away, I shall not marry again. I believe the teaching of the bible, leads to eternal live in the presence of Love

 

 

 

Dehumanization and violence are closely connected. Once someone is dehumanized, we are less likely to consider their thoughts and feelings (words as neutralizing and manhunt are in my opinion dehumanization). Otherization is less strong : somebody is like an alien so we don't understand how they feel. Insults and rejections are war to be taken seriously although the injuries are (yet) inside. Before you take side in war, you need to know both stories completely and always ask : what if they did/said/wrote it to me.

Nothing that God made is bad, even viruses aren't bad although some can make us sick and even kill. When doctors kill people we call that good. When nature kills we call it bad. I am not at all against curing and I am not against bubbles and distance and if somebody has low immunity, I think we better wear month mask but nature is not our biggest enemy. As human beings we should recognize the signals of the environment to have dominion in a good way

 

I am not in favor of genetic manipulation (removing or introducing DNA). I believe it is a social issue and not only a scientific issue because it influences all people. With growing knowledge, comes growing responsibility and growing consequences of wrongdoings. God's design is wonderful. Me as an artist, can not make things as complex, beautiful and amazing as God's creation.

 

You might think that I am a simple soul that underestimates the capacities of intelligent people but my doubts originate especially from my time at university

Ik heb het antidepressivum wellbutrin geslikt en ik kan u verzekeren dat het een ongelooflijke slechte ervaring was. De reactie van de dokter heeft mij met stomheid geslagen

I hope one day somebody will say : I understand how very much you hate psychiatric hospitals. And not like : 'of course you hate them but there is no alternative'. I already filed an official complaint against psychiatric hospitals. Everybody laughed with it. Psychiatric Diagnoses are NOT FACTS. IMPRISONMENTS of 2 YEARS (with extensions without defence) FOR NO CRIMINAL OFFENSE MUST STOP NOW. Give survivors a chance ! Restore trust ! Restore righteousness !

 

The climate in our society is more than the weather conditions. It is also the emotional climate, it is if people are real, fair and reasonable. It is using without abusing, mutual respect, tolerance, feeling save, equality. It is when the rules are good and clair and when there is grace and merci.

Bij (gedeeltelijk) gescheurde meniscus (pijn in de knieën) wordt het beschadigde deel van de meniscus verwijderd. In 2013 werd een grote studie gedaan: de standaardmeniscusoperatie werd vergeleken met een placebo-operatie waarbij men de knie wel opensneed maar onmiddellijk daarna weer dichtnaaide. Uit die studie bleek dat de meniscusoperatie niet zorgde voor minder pijn of een betere mobiliteit. Ondanks algemene consencus over de nutteloosheid van de operatie wordt ze nog vaak uitgevoerd. Waarom ?

Positive reactions on a placebo proof that a certain non-pharmacological mechanism may be present. A negative reaction on a placebo is also possible if people distrust a treatment. If people don't need a medication and there is a chance that they die from the side effects, than that medication has to be taken from the market.

LUMC researchers discovered that watching a horror movie leads to more of the blood clotting factor VIII in the blood. Some movies have literally scared people to death. An ideology is a collection of ideas about the society, how to live, what is important, who has power (popular, richest, diploma, punisher/rewarder, sickmaker/healer, workgiver, the truth, the Creator), what is the cause of suffering, poverty,...Ideologies can confirm each other, dominate each other or conflict with each other. Many people like to belong to a group, to have freedom of choice, nobody likes to be deceived

 

Don't give, don't take the slave or master role. Eliminate the master slave mindset. The master and slave mindset still permeates the world today. How did we became either a perpetrator or victim ? The master role is much easier to play than the slave role. Masters are winners. Let go those roles and become your true self. Moving from the slave role to the master role is not Freedom. The false masculine hates the feminine which it associates with emotions who are a sign of weakness. But if you can’t feel your emotions, you’ll never know real love or joy or real freedom.

Gevoelens zijn niet zwak, gek of alleen voor vrouwen of zondaars. Mensen vastbinden omdat ze hun gevoelens uiten, dat is niet te begrijpen. Mensen die niet met gevoelens van anderen kunnen omgaan, kunnen niet werken in de psychische hulpverlening. Mensen die zeggen dat psychiatrie helpt, zijn blind of ze liegen. Rechters die mensen veroordelen of gek verklaren voor het uiten van gevoelens, zijn ziek en onbekwaam om te oordelen. In een maatschappij waar het uiten van gevoelens, als onbehoorlijk of gek wordt afgestraft, kan ik niet leven. Veel mensen hebben emotionele trauma's. Straffen, opsluiten, verdoven en vastbinden is NIET de oplossing, wel integendeel, het maakt problemen erger dan ze al zijn !

In 17 jaar tijd zou de hoeveelheid vitaminen en mineralen in de voeding meer dan gehalveerd zijn. Vanwege de commerciële belangen ligt het accent op kwantiteit en niet op kwaliteit. After my mother extradited me to the psychiatric hospital, they mistreated me so badly, that it was my intention to make a rod from branches and gave them a deserved beating. You understand the result. I lost the war. Since that day I have fear for force and my heart is bleeding.

 

One day they did a barbecue in the hospital which was very exeptional. Everybody fell out off its role and we had a fantastique day. The climate was healing, warm, happy. The nurses promised themselves that this should not happen again. On that day there were no hard feelings but when I see them back now I can't help it but I have hard feelings. I hope they understand
